We require all prospective puppy buyers to complete our Puppy Questionnaire. Please take your time and answer completely and honestly. There are no right or wrong answers, as every situation is unique. Our goal is to match each of our puppies with the best possible Forever Home, and the information you provide helps us evaluate your knowledge and experience with the breed, your expectations, your level of interest in one of our puppies, and the areas we need to discuss in further detail.
The questionnaire asks for two personal references and a veterinary reference (if you have one). It’s best to have this information handy before you begin.
